Lark Web cannot be held responsible for the content of web sites or the actions of any individual, company or organisation to which it does not own or have control over. LarkWeb cannot be held responsible for the withdrawal of a Network Partner and monies will not be refunded in the event that he/she withdraw from the network.

While considerable effort goes into keeping the data delivered in Lark Web search results as current and precise as possible, we offer no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of this data.

While Lark Web may analyse statistical data of listing submissions or customers introduced by an individual affiliate or agent or their web site, such information will only be shared as an aggregate and the identity of an individual agent or affiliate will not be disclosed as the source of such submissions or introductions.

Lark Web will not send any unsolicited commercially orientated e-mail. Unless you have opted to receive one of our newsletters you will not receive solely commercially orientated e-mails from us. Nor do we sell, rent or share your e-mail address for such a purpose.

Where you opt to receive such e-mails, we would not send a newsletter to the same e-mail address more than on a monthly basis and would include instructions of how to unsubscribe to remove you from our newsletter mailing list.
